We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was exceptional in every way, from helping us arrange for medical attention when I injured my knee on our second day to patiently accommodating our language barrier. The breakfast served every morning on the rooftop with panoramic views of the city was fantastic. The facilities, including the nice but small pool on the 3rd level and 24-hour desk, were also great. The hotel's location in the city center made it easy for us to get around. an excellent experience!

I can't emphasize enough how amazing the staff at Ayenda were! One of our group members had an injury and they went above and beyond to assist us, arranging for a doctor and even bringing crutches to the hotel. The service was truly exceptional.

During my Easter trip, I appreciated the comfortable beds and the delicious breakfast every morning. The location was also great, as it was close to many restaurants and shops. The view from the rooftop terrace was stunning and made for a lovely atmosphere to relax in the evenings.

The restaurant at this hotel was fantastic, offering amazing food and friendly service from the staff. the hotel was located in a prime spot, with easy access to the city center and all its attractions. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the attentiveness of the staff, who were always willing to help and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.

while the hotel was generally clean and well-maintained, there were a few small issues – such as not enough toilet paper or a lack of assistance with luggage – that could have been easily addressed by the staff. Despite these minor complaints, overall this hotel was a decent choice for our city break.

This hotel is great value for money. It's in a central location close to noisy bars and lots of restaurants. You can join in with the local carnaval and enjoy the area with the people.
